Some would say the Coromandel has the best beaches in New Zealand. Ocean Cliff Court  is a 3 minute walk to north facing Kuaotunu Beach, the neighbourhood dairy (which also sells beer & wine), and Luke's Kitchen (a licensed pizzeria) and associated cafe and gallery. The nearby Kuaotunu Boat Ramp offers access to some excellent fishing throughout the year.
